TOOL 02 / SIZE THE IMAGE
Image print size calculator
Translate image pixels into physical print dimensions, then check the effective PPI at your chosen target width. No file upload needed.

This is numeric planning. It neither changes your file nor resamples pixels, crops an image, models printer dots or guarantees a particular visual quality. Target height preserves the full image aspect ratio.
SHOW THE WORKING
How the numbers
come together.
Print width in inches = pixel width ÷ chosen PPI. Print height = pixel height ÷ chosen PPI. At a target width, effective PPI = pixel width ÷ target width in inches; the height follows the image aspect ratio.
A SMALL WORKED EXAMPLE
From inputs
to something useful.
A 3600 × 2400 pixel image at 300 PPI corresponds to 12 × 8 inches. Printing the same pixels at a target width of 24 inches preserves a height of 16 inches and yields 150 effective PPI. More physical size does not create more source detail.
